Classes will be held in a supportive and positive environment with a trained instructor. With regular practice you will feel more relaxed, energised and more aware of the health benefits.
You don’t need to have any experience or special skillset to come to my Qigong class, you don’t even need to come every week to feel the benefits.

During class, I will teach ‘Shibashi’ also called ‘Taiji Qigong in 18 Movements’.
Shibashi is a gentle and flowing Qigong exercise that is very relaxing and suitable for all ages.
Classes are held across 3 locations - Wyee, Rathmines and Dora Creek.

Wyee - every Tuesday evening at 6pm - 7pm and Wednesday at 9am - 10am
Rathmines - every Tuesday morning, 10am - 11am
Dora Creek - from 1st April 2026, Wednesdays 10:30am - 11:30am
The classes are $10 per week
Anyone can do Qigong! You can sit down on a chair, stand up or do what you can with any limitations - it's for everyone!
That doesn't matter! Qigong is a slow moving practice that is easy to follow, you can start at any time without any experience needed.
