Classes will be held in a supportive and positive environment with a trained instructor. With regular practice you will feel more relaxed, energised and more aware of the health benefits.
You don’t need to have any experience or special skillset to come to my Qigong class, you don’t even need to come every week to feel the benefits.

WHAT WE PRACTICE
During class, I will teach ‘Shibashi’ also called ‘Taiji Qigong in 18 Movements’.
Shibashi is a gentle and flowing Qigong exercise that is very relaxing and suitable for all ages.
Class Location
Classes are every Tuesday at 6pm and Wednesday at 9am, Wyee Community Hall

Classes are held at Wyee Community Hall, 114 Wyee Road
When are classes held?
Classes are held every Tuesday evening at 6pm - 7pm and Wednesday at 9am - 10am
How much does it cost?
The classes are $10 per week
What if i have a disability?
Anyone can do Qigong! You can sit down on a chair, stand up or do what you can with any limitations - it's for everyone!
I have never done qigong before
That doesn't matter! Qigong is a slow moving practice that is easy to follow, you can start at any time without any experience needed.
